Author bio

Hi - I'm Sain. For the last twenty-plus years, I've worked at the center of how organizations turn data into decisions, and increasingly, into autonomous action. My work has spanned the full arc of the modern data stack: warehouses, lakes, lakehouses, and the AI-native architectures now reshaping how businesses operate.

Along the way, I've sat in nearly every seat that matters - engineer, architect, program lead, product owner. That breadth is deliberate. The hardest problems in data and AI aren't solved from a single vantage point; they sit at the intersection of technology, strategy, and the people who have to live with the decisions. Two decades in, I've developed a strong point of view on what separates organizations that genuinely become intelligent from those that just accumulate dashboards.

Insane Insights is where I share that point of view. This isn't a blog about chasing trends or cataloging tools. It's a working playbook for how data and AI leaders should think about architecture, strategy, and the systems that will define the next decade of organizational intelligence. I write for the people responsible for getting it right - the architects, engineers, and executives building what comes next.

If there's a topic you'd like me to dig into, leave a note on the contact page. I read everything.
